All finishes applied to our products will naturally change over time and with use. As such we are not liable to receive returns based on such organic changes. Please refer to each individual finish description on our website for specific details.

Please be aware when ordering repeat stock on a separate occasion that batch finishing may vary in colour between orders. We advise ordering all items for a project as one order to avoid colour variance.

Where we have cause for concern that misuse may have caused a claim, then repair charges or necessary parts may be charged.
